How do I view and filter the medication history?

  • Click Historical View then click the Filter button below the list:



  • The Filter page is divided into the Date Range and Columns sections which combine to filter your history.



    • The Date Range section allows you to filter using the recorded date/time column.

      You can provide a start and/or through date but be sure to click the set button:



      Or you can choose a date range shortcut which will automatically calculate and display the start and through date based on the current date.

      NOTE: Editing the start and/or through date manually will disable the automatic calculation of the date range.



    • The "Columns" section allows you to filter by the medication name, taken by and notes columns.



    • If you want to clear all existing filters, click the Clear All button in the upper right corner of the page:



      To clear just the start and through dates, click the X button at the bottom of the Date Range section.



      To clear the existing filter for a single column, click the X button to the right.




How do I share data between multiple Macs, iPhones or iPads?

  1. Click Share Data then choose either to e-mail the backup or save it.



  2. If you choose to email the backup:

    1. Enter an email address that the devices you would like to share the data with can access then click the Send button.

    2. On the other devices, open the email and click the attachment.

    3. Track My Rx will launch, then choose overwrite the existing entries by clicking the Ok button.

    4. Once the process is complete, the list will reload.

  3. If you choose to save the backup:

    1. Choose a folder to save the file to:

    2. To import the saved file, go to folder and double click the file

    3. Track My Rx will launch, then choose overwrite the existing entries by clicking the Ok button.

    4. Once the process is complete, the trips will reload.

Medication groups allow you to record the taking of several medications at the same time with a single click.

How do I create a medication group?

  1. Click Medication Groups, then click the + button at the bottom of the list.



  2. To add a medication to the group, choose the medication from the popup list then click + button to the left of the list. After adding all the medications, click the Save button to commit your changes or click the Cancel button to lose any changes.

  1. Click Medication Groups.

    Hold down the Command key and single-click on multiple items.



    or

    The Shift key lets you select a group of items that are contiguous, or next to each other in the list. Single-click on the first item you want to select in a list. Then hold down the Shift key and click on the last item you want in the list. Everything between the two clicks will be selected.



  2. To complete deleting the selected rows, click the - button at the bottom of the list.

  1. Click Daily View, then double click the Record row below a medication group



    OR

    Click + button at the bottom of the list, then choose the Medication Group segment before selecting a group from the popup list



  2. Or choose the Record option provided by the scheduled reminder




How do I update the format of the date?

  1. Access the preferences pane.

    Keyboard shortcut: Command key (it has a ⌘ symbol) and then the ","



  2. Click the General, then in the Date/Time format section take notice of Use Local Format checkbox. When checked the Date popup is limited to only 4 predifined formats based on the local settings of your mac.



    When Use Local Format is unchecked the Date popup has 18 different formats.
