How do I get a report of the medication history?

On the iPhone:

  1. From the "Main Menu", tap the "Historical View" row.

  2. Then tap the "E-Mail" button on the toolbar at the bottom.

  3. Then a comma seperated value (csv) file and html file containing the medication history will be attached to the e-mail which you can customize before choosing who should recieve the reports.

On the iPad:

  1. If you are not already on "History" page, tap the "Menu" button, then tap the "View Historical View" button.

  2. Once on the "History" page, tap the "Email Report" button.

  3. Then a comma seperated value (csv) file and html file containing the medication history will be attached to the e-mail which you can customize before choosing who should recieve the reports.


How do I view and filter medication history?

On the iPhone:

  1. From the main menu, tap "Historical View".

  2. From the "History" page, tap the blue "Filter" button.

  3. The "Filter" page is divided into the "Date Range" and "Columns" sections which combine to filter the entries.

    • The "Date Range" section allows you to filter using the recorded date/time column. You can provide a start and/or through date.

    • The "Columns" section allows you to filter by the medication name, taken by and notes columns.

    • If you want to clear all existing filters, tap the "Show All" button on the "Filter" page:

      To clear just the start and through dates, tap the "Show All" row in the "Date Range" section.

      To clear the existing filter for a single column, tap that row then on the next page tap the "Show All" button.

On the iPad:

  • Next the "Reminders" page will then load the with a list of the existing reminders.

  • If you want to add a reminder:

    1. Tap the "Add" button on the toolbar at the bottom.

    2. After entering the details, tap the "Save" button to commit your changes or tap the "Cancel" button to lose any changes.

  • If you want to update a reminder:

    1. Tap the reminder you want to update.

    2. The "Edit Reminder" page will then load with the details for that reminder, after updating the details, tap the "Update" button to commit your changes or tap the "Cancel" button to lose any changes.

  • If you want to delete a reminder:

    1. Tap the "Delete" button on the toolbar at the bottom.

    2. Then tap the red minus button to the left of the reminder you want to delete.

    3. Next tap "Delete" button.

    4. When you are finished deleting, tap the "Done" button on the toolbar at the bottom.

On the iPad:

How do I record taking a medication?

There are several ways you can record taking a medication:

On the iPhone:

  1. From the "Main Menu":

    1. Tap the "Daily View" row
    2. Next the "Daily View" page will load listing all your active medications
    3. Scroll down to the medication you would like to record and tap the "Record" row

      OR

      Tap "Add" button on the bottom toolbar

  2. Or from the "History" page tap "Add" button on the bottom toolbar

  3. Or choose the "Record" option provided by the reminder

On the iPad:

  1. From the "Daily View" page:

    • Scroll down to the medication you would like to record and tap the "Record" row

      OR

      Tap "Add" button on the top toolbar



  2. Our from the "History" page tap "Add" button on the toolbar

  3. Or choose the "Record" option provided by the reminder


Can I hide a medication but still keep it in the history?

Yes, if you change "Is Active" to "OFF" you will not see the medication in the "Daily View" but it will be in the history.

Note: doing this will delete any reminders for that medication.
