How do I change how the medication history is sorted?

  1. Access the Settings page.

  2. Scroll down to the "History" section.

  3. Tap the "Sort By" row.

  4. A list of sorting options will load, you then tap the row with sorting you would prefer.

If you don't see the sorting you would like, please let us know and we will try to add it in a future update.

On the iPhone:

All settings can be updated on the Settings page to access that page, tap the "Settings" button, which has the same icon used by the settings app on the iPhone/iPad.

On the iPad:

All settings can be updated on the Settings page, to access that page:
  • Tap the "Menu" Button, then tap the "Settings" button.

  • Or tap the "Settings" button on the toolbar.

What does the Copy button do?

The copy button allows you to copy details from an existing entry to a new entry. To use the copy feature, follow these steps:
  1. Tap the "Copy" button on the toolbar at the bottom.

  2. Then tap the green + button to the left of the entry you want to copy.

  3. Next the Add page will load with some details pre-filled. You can then make any edits after which tap the "Save" button to commit your changes or tap the "Cancel" button to lose any changes.

How do I access the backed up reports using Itunes File Sharing?

  1. Connect your device to your Mac/PC

  2. Once iTunes recognizes your device, select the device from the list

  3. Next click the “Apps” tab and scroll down until you see “File Sharing”

  4. Select the “Track My Rx” from the “Apps” list

  5. In the "Track My Rx Documents" list select any"csv" and/or "html" file

  6. Then press the "Save to.." button to save it to your computer

  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all reports


How do I Backup/Restore my data using Itunes File Sharing?

To backup your data:
  1. Connect your device to your Mac/PC

  2. Once iTunes recognizes your device, select the device from the list.

  3. Next click the “Apps” tab and scroll down until you see “File Sharing”

  4. Select the “Track My Rx” from the “Apps” list

  5. In the "Track My Rx Documents" list select "Data.db"

  6. Then press the "Save to.." button to save it to your computer.

To restore your data:
  1. Connect your device to your Mac/PC

  2. Once iTunes recognizes your device, select the device from the list.

  3. Next click the “Apps” tab and scroll down until you see “File Sharing”

  4. Select the “Track My Rx” from the “Apps” list

  5. Next press the "Add.." button to copy the "Data.db" file from your computer to the device


How do I share data between multiple Macs and iPhones/iPads?

On the iPhone:

  1. From the main menu, tap "Share Data" row.

  2. Next enter a email address that the Mac or iPhone/iPad you would like to share the data with can access then tap the "Send" button.

  3. On the other Mac or iPhone/iPad, open the email and tap the attachment, then tap the "Open in Track My Rx" button.

  4. Track My Rx will launch, but you must first confirm that you do want to replace the data on the Mac or iPhone/iPad with the contents of the attachment.

On the iPad:

  1. Tap the "Menu" button then tap the "Share Data" button.

  2. Next enter a email address that the other Mac or iPhone/iPad that you would like to share the data with can access then tap the "Send" button.

  3. On the other Mac or iPhone/iPad, open the email and tap the attachment, then tap the "Open in Track My Rx" button.

  4. Track My Rx will launch, but you must first confirm that you do want to replace the data on the Mac or iPhone/iPad with the contents of the attachment.
